Growing seeds with rockwool
- Make a small hole in the centre of the Rockwool to about half the height of the cube.
- Soak the Rockwool with ph5.5 water and drop a seed into the hole and lightly close the hole.
- Place the Rockwool into the seeding tray and make sure that the seeding tray is filled with water.
- Place the seeding tray on a heating mat and put both into a darkened environment.
- Check the seeding tray every 2 to 3 days for signs of sprouts.
- Depending on the plant, sprouts should be cycled through light and darkness before transferring Depending on the plant, Rockwool blocks should be ready to move to the Vertical Garden tower between 3 and 14 days after sprouts first appear
