Growing seeds with the paper towel method
- Dampen the paper towel.
- Place the seed on the paper towel and fold it over to cover the seed.
- Place the seeded damp towel inside a zip lock bad and place in a dark area. Check the bags for signs of sprouts every 2 days.
- Make a small hole in the centre of the rockwool to about half the height of the cube. When you see a sprout, transfer the seed from the paper towel to the rockwool and place the seeded rockwool into the vertical garden.
